Stopping The Great Taking will take grassroots effort from concerned citizens.
The bank lobby and the Uniform Law Commission Cult are strong and formidable foes and we will need the people to take action in their state.
We need to continue to build public awareness AND educate lawmakers on this issue and urge them to protect our property rights.
Below is a downloadable pdf of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Article 8 Amendment. This is not a silver bullet – but it will restore some property rights for investors. Share this proposed amendment with your state lawmakers.

If you do not know your state legislators find your state’s legislature website from the list.
Most states have a ‘Find your Legislators’ tab on the website. Click on that tab and enter the information requested.
The site will give you the names and contact information for your legislators.
